Full-Time/Salary:

(Permenant Employees working 40 hours or more)

  • Simple IRA (Individual Retirement Account) with up to a 3% match
  • Employee Insurance premiums paid 100% by the Club; Dependent Insurance premiums paid 50% by the Club for the following:

    • Short-Term Disability/Long-Term Disability

  • Accrued PTO; accrual rates are shown below:
    • 1st year                              6.67 hours/month of employment (2 weeks)
    • 2nd – 4th years                10 hours/month of employment (3 weeks)
    • 5th year and beyond    13.33 hours/month of employment (4 weeks)

Major Part-Time:

(Permenant Employees working at-least 30 hours but less than 40 hours/week)

  • Simple IRA (Individual Retirement Account) with up to a 3% match
  • The Club will pay for the first $150.00 per month of employee medical insurance premiums. The employee will only be required to contribute the first 9.5% of their annual insurance premiums; additional insurance premiums over 9.5% will be covered by the Club. Eligible to participate in the following insurance plans:
    • Medical
    • Dental
    • Vision
    • Short-Term Disability/Long-Term Disability
  • Basic Life Insurance-2x annual salary-Club paid
  • Supplemental Life Insurance-Employee paid

Minor Part-Time:

(Permeant Employees working less than 30 hours/week)

  • Simple IRA (Individual Retirement Account) with up to a 3% match (if earnings total $5,000 or more during course of employment)
  • One Free Flu Shot per Year-Employee Only
  • AFLAC Supplemental Insurance-Employee paid
  • 10 paid holidays (Paid at regularly scheduled work hours)
  • No cost membership in the Boys & Girls Clubs for employees’ children
  • Free KidsCare services at available sites for employees’ children
